Godzilla Collector is a web application that helps you track, manage, and value your Godzilla and kaiju collectibles. The Service includes: collection management, wishlist tracking, market valuations using eBay and other marketplace data, deal scanning, recommendations, price history, preorder monitoring, and related analytics. Some features rely on third-party data (eBay, market indicators) and may be subject to availability and rate limits.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. New accounts receive a free trial period; continued access may require a paid subscription. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, automate, or abuse APIs beyond intended use; (e) use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights. Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Subscription and Payment
Trial accounts may convert to paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal will be communicated at the time of upgrade. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that market valuations, recommendations, or deal scans are accurate or complete. Use them for informational purposes only. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
